Where Movement Meets Mindfulness, Learning, and Joy

At the heart of the GiveJoy Foundation’s values is the belief that movement matters—not just for physical health, but for the full development of a child’s mind, body, and spirit. The Jumping for Joy Program brings this value to life through a dynamic, inclusive curriculum that introduces children to jump rope as a tool for physical activity, educational engagement, and social-emotional wellness.

Jumping for Joy is a structured, school- and community-based program that integrates the simple act of jumping rope into holistic child development. The program provides students with a free personalized jump rope, and the curriculum is designed to be flexible and fun, combining movement with mindfulness, teamwork, and creativity.
